View from my sleeping bag at midnight  2007

Braving the cold temperatures we spent a night on Pleneau Island surrounded by inquisitive penguins. This was the view from my sleeping bag, with the sun slowly sinking behind the mountains at around midnight.  In the morning it was obvious from the numerous footprints that the penguins had checked out the ‘strange new lumps’ on their island!
